Student demographic information as well as Medical, Medicaid, and Transportation
information is entered into the “New Student/Update Student” section. This section also allows for entry of custodial and non-custodial
parent information. Administrators can view at-a-glance statistical screens
which are also located within this section. |
Goals, Objectives, Conditions and Criteria may be entered by
using an automated statement finder; by entering associated codes; or by
entering handwritten text. IEP includes a database of approximately 700 goals and
7,000 objectives, which like all
information entered,
may be modified to meet the individual needs of the student. |

Planner's Contact History screen enables CST staff to maintain a record of all
contacts made between the CST and the student, parent, guardian, etc. Also
included within this section are "To Do" screens where CST members can enter and
keep track of upcoming tasks. |
Data entry
is quick and easy via IEP Planner's drop-down lists, pop-up windows, and text
fields. |

Preformatted Local Reports and State and Federal Reports are located within the “Reports” tab. School districts may also create and format their own
reports by using the “Find” and “List” functions. |
